Lesstroymontazh automates project activity in the company

The Lesstroymontazh production company started use of a management system of Advant, the Advanta Group company, integrator in the project, reported on June 18, 2013.

Since 2002 at the enterprise the set of project solutions which helped to trace the current indicators and to consider production capacities was applied.

Every year the Lesstroymontazh company needed the instrument of automation of project activity more and more sharply. The management made the decision on start in the company of a project management system Advanta. The main criteria when choosing became: ease of use and implementations, flexible information support of the project, sales opportunity of the internal portal for employees and the organization of the workflow system.

Result

As a result of implementation the project management system helped company management to structure activity business of the directions and to collect key indicators of their efficiency in one place. If earlier all interaction between employees and collecting of the reporting under project implementation was performed only via e-mail, then now this process is integrated into Advante. Changes on any task, messages of employees about rejections of the project, are flown down in a system, and the management sees all current events and receives the summary reporting under a status of the company online.
