The polygraphic enterprise "Spetsblank-Moscow" completed system implementation of automation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 with the assistance of integrator of Armex company, the company reported on June 18, 2013.

Background

The customer felt need for increase in production volumes on available capacities and decrease in cost value of products. Full control over a priority and terms of accomplishment of orders, the organization of full planning and management of utilization of capacity were required.

Control automation and accounting on all production chain, from booking before shipment of products was required. At the same time, in a single system the Moscow office and remote production should work. As a basis of such system selected the solution ERP- a class 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8. Its implementation was charged by the companies Armex.

Job

The Moscow central office and the production located in the city of Ryazhsk work in the unified information system as a part of which 45 jobs. Now in the headquarters control a situation on production: accomplishment of the production plan, existence in a warehouse of materials, loading of the equipment.

As result - increase in production volume of products and decrease in its cost value.

A new system automated:

  • order placement and cost accounting of products;
  • planning of production loading;
  • inventory control of materials;
  • raw materials supplied by the customer accounting;
  • accounting of a goods sold.
  • personnel records and payroll of employees;
  • accounting and tax accounting.

Andrey Gerasimov, the Deputy General Manager for Economics and to finance of Spetsblank−moskva LLC, noted: "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 automation system" allowed our company to resolve the main issue today: cut down general production expenses and, thereby, cost value of production. As a result of implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 of the word "work in real time" purchased for us practical sense: we obtain constantly updated information on loading of production and degree of readiness of orders. And finally we managed to achieve increase in production volume of products".
