The PIP Institute of jurisprudence optimizes office-work and implements electronic document management

Private institution of education "jurisprudence PIP Institute" implements the automation system of office-work and electronic document management Electronic MATTER in the central office and the branches, in the cities of Grodno and Mogilev (Belarus), the company integrator of the solution "Electronic DELO" reported on June 19, 2013.

Basic solution

System implementation at Institute of jurisprudence helped to solve the tasks set by the customer. For conducting document flow the uniform server to which faculties of university and branches in Grodno and Mogilev got access is selected. In branches and at faculties the subsystem "DELO-Web" which is used for receiving and execution of the instructions of the higher management registered at leading research institute is set. Faculties also register in "DELO-Web" own documents: outgoing, internal, statements of students, etc.

In addition to automation of managerial document flow, the circuit of registration and accounting of personnel documents for department of organizational and personnel work is configured. 16 document groups on staff – orders on acceptance, dismissal, transfer, holidays and business trips, references, notifications, leaves of disability and many other things are entered into a system.
