"The green trace" brings accounting procedures into accord with the regulatory base

1C Company: The first BIT completed the works in the project of process optimization of accounting in Zeleny sled LLC, replacement of the operating accounting system by software "1C: Accounting of agricultural enterprise 8", the press service of the company integrator reported on June 19, 2013.

At the Beginning

Earlier for accounting in the company used programs on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform. With business development the circle of tasks extended, load of personnel grew. Existence of own source of raw materials required higher detailing of accounting. For accounting work optimization the management of firm made the decision on replacement of automated systems.

Execution

1C specialists acted as contractors of the project : The first BIT. They carried out implementation and setup of the 1C: Accounting of agricultural enterprise 8 software product, user training.

Results

With program installation a common information space in which data on financial and economic activity of the enterprise are consolidated is organized.

• Collecting and data analysis is simplified.
• Automatic filling and verification of documents exclude errors.
• Existence of ready forms facilitates report generation process.
• The structure of accounts, the organization of analytical, currency, quantitative accounting on accounts conform to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation to accounting and reflection of data in the reporting.

Business processes are automated:

• material accounting and goods according to features of the organizations of agriculture;
• accounting of animals and birds in double quantitative measurement (the heads and weight) on cultivation and sagination;
• report generation on the movement of animals by weight, the amount, the number of the heads, reports on implementation of animals in standard accounting reports.
• the cost accounting on maintenance and operation of farm vehicles and the equipment on any of four options, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation in the field of the organization of agriculture.
• accounting of waybills of cars, tractors, lorries with automatic payroll and a consumption of fuel and lubricants on regulation and the movement of fuel on each piece of equipment.
• automatic registration of development of fixed assets.
• the cost accounting in crop production with detailing to a field and accounting of the executed technology operations on fields.
• the cost accounting on repairs and service on each fixed asset.
• reflection in accounting of transactions of product sales in the payroll account to employees.
• conducting calculations for lease of land shares.
• accounting of expenses and income on a single agricultural tax and report generation on income and expenses for the purposes of a single agricultural tax.
