The Jet Infosystems company completed the second stage of creation of uniform storage of client information for the AlphaInsurance group on the basis of the solution "Uniform Client", the press service of integrator reported on June 20, 2013.
Goal
The lack of uniform base of clients complicated the analysis of the available data, solving of tasks on maintenance of sales processes, settlement of losses, etc.
With respect thereto AlphaInsurance announced an open tender on creation of a CDI complex based on which the project is entrusted Jet Infosystems company.
Job
Unification of a format of the available client data became the first step. For this purpose specialists of integrator developed process of reduction of the dictionary designations accepted in systems sources to standards of the Uniform Client complex.
Further the project team started creation of reference records: rules of automatic merge of duplicates which allowed to create from several records about the client one, the containing most complete and correct information are developed. The functionality of the created CDI complex allows to make also manual merge and separation of records in case of need.
The base of reference records was integrated with BI- the platform QlikView and configured a set of reports.

Project Results
On October 15, 2014 the Jet Infosystems company announced project completion of implementation of a uniform analytical data storage about clients. In its structure uniform base of insurers, the main accounting systems (including the web portal, the system of call center) and the BI solution.
Specialists of the customer obtain in one window the complete information about the client, his agreements and losses, can create analytical reports with a difficult combination of conditions. Analytical storage AlphaInsurance, analysts, quality assurance managers, marketing specialists and other representatives of the company in several regions of Russia ensures functioning of employees of front offices.
First of all the uniform base of complete and consistent customer information was created.
The following block of works is connected with implementation of the BI reporting and completion of components of storage.
Several analytical tools are developed for the different purposes:
- prolongations of client agreements,
- supports of cross-sellings,
- obtaining versatile statistics (by types of products, sales channels, clients, etc.).
The BI solution takes information on the insurer (from the uniform customer base), his agreements and losses (from the accounting systems) and builds reports with required structure of fields. At the same time access rights to data are differentiated according to information security policies of the AlphaInsurance Group.
The analytical storage is actively used for work with individuals. The percent of an up-to-date contact information increased on average by 1.4 times. In the next plans – development of functionality for a possibility of service of the corporate sector.

Selections of clients which were created according to different sources manually form literally in several clicks now. Besides, we had a convenient tool for creation of client analytics by the accounting systems – earlier we could not make it".
