Avtoprayd automates processes of accounting and sales management

1C: The first BIT completed the project on automation of the center of sale of auto parts Avtoprayd implementation of the 1C: Trade Management 8 program, the press service of integrator reported on June 20, 2013.

Organization

For the organization of hi-tech workflow and increase in accountability of business, owners decided to automate it at a formation stage.

Project Objectives:

• create the informative customer base;
• automate trade transactions and also transaction of accounting, tax and personnel accounting;
• implement the mechanism of an operational execution of primary documentation;
• create conditions for objective assessment of the selected strategy and the analysis of indicators of a financial and economic and trading activity of firm.

1C specialists acted as contractors of the project : The first BIT. They set the software, configured a distributed database between shop and office. The mechanism of automatic loading of the nomenclature from directories of auto parts in "1C: Trade Management 8" is developed.

Five jobs underwent the impact of automation: managers, director, accountant and HR specialist.

Result

Trade direction: the customer base is optimized, information on buyers and partners is structured. In a single system there is a registration of trade and economic operations (both already perfect, and planned). It allows to control timeliness of payment, to timely fill up warehouse reserves, to plan sales and to perform transactions on attractive conditions. Practically all primary documents of a trade and inventory accounting and also cash flow are made out in the automatic mode.
