1C: Zvit

Program "1C: Zvit" – joint development of BEST ZVIT and 1C companies which is integrated into standard configurations of 1C and allows to register tax delivery notes in the unified register, to create and send the reporting to regulatory authorities (Ukraine).

Functionality

Through "1C: Zvit" users of software "1C: Enterprise" can:

• create the regulated reporting in different state bodies;
• check filling (by means of the built-in cameral checks), to print documents or to save on electronic media;
• remotely (in the presence of Internet connection) to send reports to regulatory authorities and to receive the delivery ticket of the report to destination;
• create tax delivery notes, sign with the electronic digital signature and register them in the Unified register of tax delivery notes;
• cipher and sign any documents with the electronic digital signature.

Advantages

• expanded set of regulated reports (in comparison with a set of standard reports in products of 1C) with operational updating;
• close integration "1C: Zvit" with standard configurations of 1C allows to transfer data of the accounting system without creation of intermediate files of export (filling with "one button") and also to receive interpretations of the amounts of indicators of reports "1C: Zvit" in the program of 1C;
• filling check (by means of the built-in cameral checks), printing and preserving of documents on electronic media;
• enciphering and signature of documents electronic digital signature (EDS);
• sending reports to state bodies (State tax inspection of Ukraine, Pension fund of Ukraine, State committee of statistics, Social Insurance Fund) at any convenient time and obtaining delivery ticket of the report to destination;
• transfer of contemporary records from the programs "BEST Zvit" and "M.E. Doc";
• possibility of use of the EDS purchased earlier without additional payment;
• support of certificates of the EDS from USTs (www.ukrcc.com);
• saving of time (it is not necessary to spend time for the road and queue) and money (access to the program "1C: Zvit" is provided without additional payment in the presence of a subscription to ITS).
