Vip Kruiz International keeps account by means of technological solutions

1C specialists: The first BIT completed process on optimization of accounting in Vip Kruiz International company, implementation of the "1C:Enterprise 8 Accounting for Ukraine" program and connection of service of delivery of the electronic reporting of "1C of Zvit".

Optimization

Wishing to optimize work of department, the company management made the decision on implementation of a modern automated system which will provide operational preparation of reports on financial and economic activity of firm.

Job

1C specialists acted as contractors of the project : The first BIT. They helped to pick up necessary tools for accounting.

The "1C:Enterprise 8 Accounting for Ukraine" program is installed. Information exchange between a system and the module for preparation and accounting of bank documents of Client Bank is provided. Service "1C of Zvit" is configured.

Result

As a result of project implementation key accounting transactions are automated: collecting of credentials, their analysis, filling of documents, check of report forms and their compliance to reporting period, sending reports to the controlling instances. The accounting department significantly unloaded. Process of preparation of documents takes twice less time, than before. Thanks to automatic information input and function of autocheck the error probability in work tends to zero.
