The information and analytical system of BARS.Monitoring-Kultura is intended for automation of collecting and the analysis of indicators of the industry of culture in the subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal entities. The product allows by means of the Internet of a message the reporting by each cultural institution, to prepare the general reporting according to the federal legislation and regional requirements.
