Miratorg develops the operating automation system of management of holding

The agro-industrial holding "Miratorg" creates uniform information spaces for all directions of business, having implemented the ERP system on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform in 2006, the CORUS Consulting company integrator reported on June 24, 2013.

Goal

The choice of the solution of Microsoft is caused by need of active scaling of a system as a result of rapid growth of the different directions of business of the company and also the optimal cost of ownership of a system and its further completions.

Implementation

Implementation began with automation of the operating trade processes: purchase, warehouse logistics, sales.

In 2009 after automation of key business processes of trade division: distribution, logistics and finance – scaling of a system on other enterprises of holding began. In 2011 a system is implemented on all directions of holding, including livestock production.

Today

For June 24, 2013 Miratorg continues to develop Microsoft Dynamics NAV, beginning automation of two new business directions: poultry farming and own retail network of grocery stores.
