The Gidrosila TETIS production company prepares for Infor LN ERP system implementation, the RBC Group company integrator reported on June 25, 2013.
There is no choice
For Gidrosila TETIS the question of the choice of a system and the contractor in the project is not relevant as Infor LN functions at the Gidrosila and Gidrosila APM enterprises, and the enterprises of Hydrosila GROUP and RBC Group company old partners in implementation of joint projects in implementation of ERP and BI systems.
Objectives
During the project it is necessary to implement:
- management of the normative reference information;
- design-technology ensuring production;
- sales planning, productions, purchases and movements;
- operational production management;
- inventory management and warehouses;
- purchase management;
- sales management;
- production cost accounting.
Project implementation is planned within 6 months due to replication of a business model of PJSC Gidrosila.
Project Results
On April 22, 2014 the company RBC Group announced completion of implementation ERP Infor LN of century Hydroforce of Tetis.
As a result at the enterprise business processes are implemented:
- management of the normative reference information; design-technology ensuring production;
- sales planning, productions, purchases and movements;
- operational production management;
- inventory management and warehouses;
- purchase management;
- production cost accounting.
The main feature of the project - implementation of "configurator" of finished goods - it can generate any "personified for the customer" the specification of a product according to the directory of products of the enterprise. Such approach allows to provide broad variability of products.
