"OK" creates uniform IT space for accounting systems

O'KEY group and 1C Company: The first BIT was announced the termination of the first stage of an implementation project of the Single Accounting System on the 1C: Accounting 8 CORP platform and "BIT:FINANS".

Start

Earlier account at the enterprises of holding was kept in separate information bases: in some branches the 1C: Accounting 8 system, in others - "1C: Accounting 7.7" was used. For the purpose of increase in controllability by the enterprise the management made the decision on transition to the unified information system.

Key project tasks became: creation of the single accounting system for conducting accounting, management accounting and accounting according to the IFRS standards, reduction of terms of reporting, increase in transparency and ease of audit.

As a basis for a new information system the 1C: Accounting 8 CORP programs and "BIT:FINANS" are selected. Possibilities of these solutions completely met the delivered requirements. 1C Company became the partner in implementation : The first BIT.

Implementation

Transition to the unified information system was executed within the project from several stages.

Transfer of procedural accounting of O'KEY Group to uniform information base became the first. Within this stage 30 jobs are automated and tasks are solved:

  • Integration of 1C and the Axapta systems is carried out;
  • The system of automatic loading and comparison of data from Axapta using the mechanism of broadcasting "BIT:FINANS", automatic loading and broadcasting more than 400,000 documents a month is developed;
  • Data transfer from Axapta in RAS with a speed of 10-15 of dock/c, thanks to development of the system of multithreaded broadcasting in the module "BIT:FINANS";
  • Transfer and reconciliation of several million documents of O'KEY LLC from Axapta for obtaining historical data in a new system.
