Content

IChTUP of Remmers Bel and assino completed the project of complex automation of activity of trade enterprise on the platform of products of 1C for Belarus and own developments of assino company, the press service of integrator reported on June 26, 2013.

Tasks

Project objective - increase in efficiency of the enterprise and transition to the new level of management due to transparency of activity of divisions of Remmers in the CIS for head office in Germany.

Background

The division used the products "1C: Trade Management 7" and "1C: Accounting 7" modified by the third-party contractor. Systems not completely met specific requirements of the company because of what some transactions had to be executed manually. At the same time the modified modules were closed from changes. Timely it was difficult to provide to head office transparent and correct information on activity.

After the audit booked by specialists assino it is decided to update systems to the version 1C: Trade Management 8, having finished the standard solution taking into account unique business processes of the company. Now setup of trade functionality allows, including to keep the nomenclature more than on 10 thousand names on certain characteristics, and also several different price lists on all list of the nomenclature.

Job

Data migration in the updated system, including accounting and personnel management is executed, personnel training is provided.

Result

Work is performed much quicker and smaller number of employees, information arrives to the management quickly. The profitability planning model is developed. The automated cost accounting and the prices promotes significant reduction of logistic costs and increases efficiency of branch.

For consolidation of the reporting own development of assino — the ATiP platform is used: IFRS.
