CORUS Consulting Group started creation of the unified information system on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 platform in "Shop of Small Crediting", the press service of integrator reported on June 27, 2013.

Base

The company holds high growth rates. For successful implementation of large-scale plans the uniform IT platform capable to become for business by the reliable base was required for "Shop of Small Crediting".

Relevant task for "Shop of Small Crediting" - automation of the reporting. For the main accounting in the company "1C: Enterprise" is used. Different types of reports form on the basis of different data sources and undergo processing procedures. In the absence of the tool controlling correctness and coincidence of managerial data with accounting data and IFRS, the management reporting should be created almost manually that becomes it more difficult to do in view of the permanent growth of number of transactions.

The high-performance system capable to create different types of the reporting was required, to support constantly growing volume of transactions. The management of "Shop of Small Crediting" selected Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 platform which completely meets the specified requirements.

Main objective of the project is implementation in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 of several types of accounting and creation of the single database for all branches of "Shop of Small Crediting". This solution will give to the company the chance to conduct in a single system customer information, the credits and loans, suppliers and agreements and also to prepare a financial result and accounting records.

CORUS Consulting Group completely automates financial and managerial circuits of business of "Shop of Small Crediting" therefore the efficiency of reporting and data processing rate will increase. Start of a system in operation is planned for the beginning of 2014.
