Footwear of KOhm moves by outsourcing of technical support of the equipment

The MAYKOR company announced on June 27, 2013 the conclusion of the service contract with federal retail network of the Obuv.com footwear.

Background

The task given by the customer to outsourcing of the company to the contractor - ensuring technical support of 75 shops of Obuv.com network across all Russia.

Will enter the list of services: service of all components of IT infrastructure of shop, office equipment, maintenance of smooth operation of the control and cash equipment. In the opening shops of the customer of MAYKOR will perform commissioning of the cash registers, will make connection and setup of office equipment, i.e. completely will prepare IT infrastructure and the equipment of shop for the beginning of work. All new shops Obuv.com will automatically join in the object list of the customer to which the technical support is provided.
