The Ministry of Education of the Rostov Region prepares "Electronic kindergarten" for citizens of the region

For the Ministry of Education of the Rostov Region, the BARS Group company implemented a project to introduce the Electronic Kindergarten cloud service, the integrator's press service said on July 1, 2013.

Basis

The project was implemented on a cloud platform according to the model "Software as a service" (SaaS) and is part of the general project "O7. Education."

The software solution for service delivery is integrated with the regional e-government infrastructure, including the public services portal and the interagency e-communication system.

Result

The Ministry of Education of the Rostov Region, municipal bodies managing in the field of education were able to generate statistics on the status of priority by age and municipality, as well as in the Rostov Region as a whole as of today.

The creation of the system is aimed not only at automating the activities of district education departments, but first of all at simplifying the access of citizens of the Rostov region to the service of placing a child in the first place of a preschool institution and making the service itself as transparent as possible.

The system includes 1248 municipal preschool institutions in the region.
