"Brutal goods" are exposed to influence of innovations

The ClientSoft company automated retail in pet-shop "Brutal goods" implementing solution "DALION: Management of shop. LIGHT", the press service of the company reported on July 1, 2013.

At the Beginning

Before sale in shop were conducted using the independent CR and accounting in a notebook. In process of business development and growth of the competition, the Customer came need to automate sales and commodity accounting - selected ClientSoft company for automation of work of the shop and then, an automation product - "DALION: Management of shop. LIGHT".

Job

For automation of work of cashiers the POS system on the basis of not a touch monoblock of Posiflex and the program of a class the Frontol front office is offered.

Within the project works are performed:

• Demonstration of functionality of proposed solution;
• Delivery and equipment installation and the software in workplaces of the cashier and merchandiser;
• Setup of a system in workplaces according to the Customer's wishes;
• Setup of a template of labels;
• Setup of connection of scales to the cash Frontol program;
• Training of a tovovaroved and sellers-cashiers to work in an automated system.

Result

As a result of automation the owner of business received the reliable management tool and control. The automated system will help the Customer to increase controllability and transparency of business, to optimize assortment policy, to reduce quantity of the errors connected with "a human factor".
