Research Center EEC changes approach to use of EDMS

The Док.ру company completed a Docsvision system implementation project in Research Center EEC, the press service of the company reported on July 2, 2013.

Prestanding

The project was faced by tasks of the organization of the uniform center of document handling, reduction and control of terms of approval. For the solution of these questions selected development of Dok.Ru company - the module "Approval of Documents", on the Docsvision platform.

JSC Research Center EEC exercises control of more than 30 objects of a commercial real estate through the whole country. In the company about 80 employees, and all of them daily work with documentation, participate in approval processes. By the beginning of the project on automation of a contracted work, in the company the Docsvision system was already installed. Before it was used only for registration of correspondence.

Job

Within the project specialists of Док.ру company installed the module "Approval of Documents" and configured it according to specifics of the organization. Rules and routes of approval of documents are created, user training to work in a system is provided. The project is complete within 2 months.

Result

For July 2, 2013 the Docsvision system is used for review all document types in Research Center EEC. The solution helped with the solution of all tasks designated in terms of reference of the project: a system itself excludes the probability of loss of the document by the approving persons, regulates terms of carrying out approval, and all comments on documents remain. It increased transparency and quality of decision making. More than 3.5 thousand documents according to which full-text or attributive search is available are stored in the database of a system.
