EDMS Case has functionality of application of the electronic signature (ES) at approval, vising and signing of documents. As a result of upgrade the staff of administration of Kogalym using these tools will certify electronic copies of the documents sent to the government of KhMAO. Assurance or signing using the EDS and data validation of the EDS will be executed in one workplace in EDMS Case.
