The Naro-Fominsk machine-building plant creates a method of processing of blades of compressors of turbine aviation jets

The CSoft group completed the works on implementation of an effective method of processing of compressor blades of turbine aviation jets on JSC Naro-Fominsk Machine-building Plant, the press service of integrator reported on July 3, 2013.

Managing programs - a basis

The technical project to specialists of CSoft sets the task in short terms, taking into account the royal quality requirements of products, to develop managing programs for turning and milling processing of blades on the five-axial turning and milling center Mori Seiki NTX 1000/S with a management system of FANUC (earlier processing was made on several machines in three axes).

Work in five coordinate axes

Specialists of CSoft carried out the analysis and study of technical specifications therefore they created trajectories of the movement of the tool, developed and debugged the post-processor for the machine, an inspection of managing programs using verification software of VERICUT in which the machine model was created is carried out.

Result

Based on working off of managing programs necessary amendments are introduced in them and the parts meeting technical requirements are received. Successful change of technology process and use of modern technologies allowed to increase significantly production efficiency and to reduce time of processing of parts.

Yury Kudryavtsev, the managing director of JSC Naro-Fominsk Machine-building Plant, noted: "The thought of reduction of number of transactions of technical process and achievement of considerable reduction of labor input of processing of a blade on the five-axial turning and milling centers was given rise long before their acquisition. As a result of joint work with specialists of CSoft it is the solution it is implemented at our enterprise in serial production when processing several names of blades. We were satisfied with result.
