Mobile application: interactive map of office

Orientation of employees in office space often represents a difficult task, especially for beginners, especially in the large companies. Employees ask questions from time to time: "Where to find Volkov Ivan?", "As call the colleague who sits to the right of Maria?".
We decided to facilitate this process, having developed the interactive map of office for mobile devices based on iOS and Android.
The application represents the schematic map of office of the company allowing to browse arrangement of offices on the selected floor, arrangement of tables in rooms and arrangement of employees. If necessary the application allows to change scale, designates the taken and unoccupied jobs. By clicking on a workplace the window with summary of the employee emerges.
Also the application allows to browse detailed information on the employee: his position, phone, e-mail address and so forth. The card is supplied with a possibility of instant entering of contacts in the address directory of the mobile phone.
Important function of the application is search of employees. Now it is optional to add all employees to the address directory of the smartphone. For communication with the colleague it is enough to find of him in the application and to call it.

Key features of the application:
* Navigation: the card facilitates process of orientation at office; * Identification: it is possible to find detailed information on the employee occupying it about a workplace; * Search of a workplace: function of search in a name allows to define where this or that employee sits and also to contact quickly it.

Data on employees are stored on the corporate portal executed on the Microsoft Sharepoint platform. The application is integrated with the portal for obtaining all necessary information. When adding the new employee it is enough to bring of him on a corporate portal and to synchronize mobile application with it.
The interactive map of office on the mobile device is a convenient and fast method to get access to up-to-date information about the staff of the company, their contacts and jobs.
