Automation of the warehouse "Böll Bimbo" based on Solvo.WMS

The SOLVO company completed the project on automation of a warehouse of Böll Bimbo LLC - producer of a kidswear in Republic of Belarus.

Characteristics of a warehouse Automation object – mezzanine warehouse of 2000 sq.m which allows to store effectively a good selection of products Böll Bimbo (about 5000 SKU).
The warehouse performs storage and distribution of goods, both self-produced, and third-party suppliers between shops of the company, operates for 100% with piece goods. One of the main features of this warehouse consists that here increased requirements to quality of assembly of orders and accuracy of the data are imposed.

Project Implementation The group of implementation "SOLVO" provided the continuous course of all technology transactions in a warehouse, having carried out works on the diagram – in four weeks from the moment of arrival of group before its departure from a warehouse. Within the first week a system was unrolled, preparation for training is carried out, for the second week training of employees of a warehouse was provided, acceptance of products in a system was performed, then within the third week – both acceptance, and shipment were conducted running the Solvo.WMS system. The remained time the group of implementation "SOLVO" controlled work of a warehouse under the direction of a system, preparation for delivery in commercial operation was conducted.

The Solvo.WMS system in the warehouse "Böll Bimbo" via the gateway is integrated with a head system Galaktika.
