EuroChem-Volgakaly implements processes of a MRO according to the standard developed by the enterprise

At a stage of capital construction EuroChem-Volgakaly started development of the standard of the enterprise on processes of a MRO which from the very beginning should be defined correctly, taking into account modern practices of management. The EuroChem-Volgakaly company involved consultants of NPP Spectec in development, the press service of the company reported on July 10, 2013.

Implementation

Work on the regulating document began with inspection of divisions of the customer, collecting and data processing on the capital technology and ancillary equipment, instrumentation and automated control systems, buildings, constructions and transfer devices in April, 2012. To the customer the report on results of inspection, structure of the document after which statement development of the first, then final version of the document began is submitted. In April, 2013 work is fully completed and accepted by the customer.

Essence

The developed standard of the enterprise "The system of maintenance and repair of engineering devices on hazardous production facilities sets to EuroChem-Volgakaly LLC the main requirements to processes of a MRO. Its action is directed to increase in operational reliability and efficiency of fixed assets due to improvement of the MRO system, the choice of optimal strategy of repairs. It is obligatory for all structural divisions of EuroChem-Volgakaly LLC responsible for a status of fixed asset objects and connected with the organization of operation and repair, with planning and implementation of volumes of repair and the costs for a MRO responsible for observance of safety rules. The organizations performing contract works on a MRO are also obliged to observe it.

Primary partitions of the document define the principles of management of fixed assets, the choice of strategy and formation of work programs on a MRO, planning, the organization, carrying out and works monitoring, ensuring resource requirements for a MRO, the organization of activity of repair services and external contract organizations, application of information system MRO. The document includes methodical instructions on classification of the equipment by criticality, by carrying out the RCM analysis, assessment of technical condition, the analysis of failures and damages, engineering certification and determination of a residual resource, by measure calculation of process performance of management of fixed assets, etc.
