The MAYKOR company announced on July 10, 2013 the successful course of implementation of contract obligations of complex service of the automated jobs (AJ) for Lori company.

Start

The contract of the company was signed in September, 2012. According to it, MAYKOR performs maintenance of office equipment and a software maintenance of Lori transport company and also gives information and advisory support concerning operation of the equipment and software.

Position

For July 10, 2013 MAYKOR provides functioning more than 300 units of office equipment in the most actively developing branches of the customer in the territory of the Volga, Ural and Siberian federal districts. For the period the number of technical failures in work of all branches was succeeded to reduce cooperation of customer company with the company contractor.

"As it was headed for "leaving" to regions – primary development of regional business – we needed to find the reliable service partner who would ensure smooth operation of our office equipment and software where it would not be. Existence of an extensive network of service divisions and high qualification of engineers of MAYKOR became the reason of involvement of this company to the solution of technical issues. Besides, IT support outsourcing organically joined the business development strategy implemented by us where one of the main components is cost optimization. Within this strategy within last year of Lori opened offices in four large cities of the Volga region and Siberia, and sales volume increased more than by a quarter. Not less than a third of the park of the company on the end of the year already was outside the Ural region" — the CIO of JSC Lori Oleg Bystrov notes.
