The Ekoenergovent company (delivery of an energy saving ventilation equipment) before implemented the CRM project on a basis "Klient-Communicator", earlier already had experience of use of other CRM systems. The company works with the supplier of CRM solutions of SoftPages.Ru, for several years: everything began even with acquisition of Quick Sales 2. Further, in process of growth of the company and according to its tasks, SoftPages.Ru implemented the CRM system of Sales Expert 2 which allowed to increase considerably quality of work, but over time and it ceased to satisfy escalating requirements. And in one and a half years from the moment of acquisition Sales Expert 2, SoftPages.Ru started systematic implementation of a system of management accounting: "Klient-Communicator: Management Basic".

Also, several employees can at the same time charge to perform one task, for example, if they work on one object or the project
The second: Creation of Commercial offer as separate document with the products and services offered the client in this document.
As considerable achievement serves that there is an opportunity to trace at what stage, at the moment, there is this or that KP. Who and when created it, sent also who and when received it. Use of "RC Template" (Word, Cristal Reports) allows to create one click Commercial offers beautiful and pleasant to an eye for sending to the client. Well and of course creation on the basis of KP on one click of any other documents: Agreements, Accounts, Applications, etc.
The third: A possibility of deep multistage setup of a system under the existing processes.
The Ekoenergovent company delivered before SoftPages.Ru a task to create fully automatic system of management of relationship as with clients, so directly at information transfer in collective. Forms a basis of process the objects which are initially set for the employee:
- to Find an object
- to Collect on it all necessary information (The customer, the Designer, Contractors, terms, parameters, etc.)
- to Prepare each of concerned parties the KP (them there can be a set on one object)
- If any of KP develops into the transaction, one click creates Agreement on the basis of earlier agreed terms.
- the Agreement passes all stages of vising and approvals. Under it Payment and Debt of the client is traced
- In case of need (if is not present in a warehouse), the request to the supplier" on the basis of which is created "Receipt of products on a warehouse is performed
- Upon existence of products in a warehouse its sending to the client with reflection of information on terms and completeness forms. Naturally, having come into any of documents, whether it be Object, KP, Agreement or any other it is possible to understand at what stage at once there is a work with it.
The fourth: Creation of the most detailed functional reports
- on activity, both all company, and the specific employee in crucial elements of a system: "Clients", Objects, Commercial offers, Agreements, Payments, "Receipt of products" and "Shipment of products". All this in any of the interesting temporary periods (Year, quarter, month, week or day) and in cuts (Quantity, the amount, an average, at most, at least, etc.)
As a result, the project was developed and implemented less than in 2 months, including the term of programming and setup was: 28 working days. A system is installed by CRM-at users and works.
