Content

The SoftPages.Ru company started software implementation "Click of CRM — Sales" in Staks-Vektor company, the press service of integrator reported on July 12, 2013.

Objectives

Project objective - automation of production process of the customer:

  • accounting of vehicle fleet;
  • customer base and registration of requests of clients;
  • planning of logistics ("route sheets", "addresses" and specific containers which need to be exported);

accounting "supporting documents" (accounts, acts, etc.).

Start

At the beginning of an implementation project of CRM information on resources — to all vehicle fleet occupied with waste recycling was structured. First of all, it is information on a possibility of use of transport: what types of containers it can transport, the status of readiness for transportation (stands idle, repair, etc.) and, certainly, a standard data set for accounting of vehicle fleet (number, model, the brand, etc.).

The next stage of the project - creation of specific geo-structure for planning of operations on utilization of Addresses.

Objectives

In the long term development of the CRM system - integration about 1C and automatic payroll on employees. It is supposed that the beginning of operation of a system in Staks-Vektor company is necessary for July, 2013.
