The Panasonic corporation announced in July, 2013 acquisition of Cameramanager.com, the European service provider of video surveillance on the basis of cloud computing (VSaaS, video surveillance as a service). Acquisition of developer company of complete cloud solutions for video surveillance will strengthen positions of Panasonic in security market, promoting distribution of cloud computing in consumer and b2b segments. Upon completion of the transaction the Cameramanager.com command will join Panasonic Europe.
