SmartBox eCRM is the first cloud system for management and optimization of the integrated advertizing campaigns.

SmartBox announced on July 5, 2013 development of a cloud eCRM-product for management and optimization of the integrated advertizing campaigns. Distinctive features of the preparing system – deep integration with the largest Russian and foreign social networks, the built-in algorithms of optimization of an advertizing campaign and support of all channels digital-and BTL communications: RTB, Mobile, On-Site, Social, SMS and E-Mail.
"Today more and more advertizing campaigns take place at the same time in online and offline Wednesday, and, with development of the Internet and social networks, their number will only grow, – Stepan Vyaltsev, the SmartBox project manager noted. - Besides, every day amount of data, such campaigns received in the course carrying out which are used very restrictedly increases or are not used in general. The need for the complete solution which, on the one hand, to allow to plan, to start and manage the integrated advertizing campaign from one place, and, on the other hand, to use all available data for its optimization and increase in efficiency to the maximum results".
Readiness
For July 12, 2013 integration modules with social networks are ready, work on a core of a system and the database is now conducted. The first test campaigns on the SmartBox eCRM platform are coming in September, the final release of the project is expected at the end of October, 2013.
