The eurofilter automates normative and operational accounting

Specialists "1C: The first BIT" completed the project of optimization of work of accounting department of Evrofiltr company as implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 software product, the press service of integrator reported on July 11, 2013.

Preparation

Earlier accounting at the enterprise was conducted manually by means of writing-book records and spreadsheets. It took away a lot of time and forces. For the purpose of improvement of quality of reporting documents and decrease in load of personnel the company management made the decision to implement a modern automated system "1C: Accounting 8".

Job

As a result of implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8 software product accounting and tax accounting is automated. Reflection of all economic transactions of the company within functionality of industry solution is provided. Preparation of the reporting for accounting and the different controlling instances in a paper and electronic form is fulfilled.

There was an opportunity to quickly prepare the regulated reporting, to analyze a financial status of the company, to keep account of banking and cash activities. The management receives informative and legible activities reports of the company. the accountant notes that using a system time for preparation of the reporting was considerably reduced. Application of ready document forms and the built-in functions of autodata validation and compliance of reporting periods exclude errors, reduce terms of drawing up reports.
