"DAF the Center" completes automation of operational accounting

1C specialists: The first BIT completed the project on setting of operational accounting in the company of the official dealer of the DAF cargo vehicles in the Siberian region of DAF Centre LLC implementation of the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product, the press service of integrator reported on July 12, 2013.

At the Beginning

Earlier in the enterprise accounting was conducted by means of spreadsheets. Data separate, the management did not obtain the objective information about business activities of firm. All this complicated efficiency analysis of its activity and development of the development strategy. For the purpose of optimization of key business processes the company management made the decision to implement the 1C: Trade Management 8 program.

Implementation

As contractors of the project invited 1C specialists: The first BIT. They carried out unit and setup of a system, a number of consultations on correct setup of account policy, for work in the program, loaded the address qualifier, "Responsible persons of the organizations", "Account policy (tax accounting)" helped to configure registers of data and also "Indicators of work of managers" showed a possibility of report generation.

The project solves tasks:

• operational and managerial accounting is automated.
• the effective management system for sales is created;
• the purchase planning mechanism is implemented;
• there was an opportunity to manage customer relations;
• formations of objective reports for the subsequent analysis of a trading activity.
