Norilsk Nickel integrates office and computing infrastructure

The I-Teco company announced on July 15, 2013 a successful completion of the project on creation of the engineering systems of new office Norilsk Nickel MMC in Moscow.

Background

Due to the need of consolidation of all Moscow divisions of Norilsk Nickel by company management the decision on the organization of the uniform headquarters to address B is made. Tatarskaya St., 11. The right to project implementation on creation of the engineering systems in the body occupied by the customer was acquired by I-Teco company.

"We were faced by not the simplest task: not only to implement integrated solutions, but also to design the full-fledged infrastructure for office of Norilsk Nickel including IT only as one of several necessary blocks. The command of I-Teco successfully implemented a complex of the engineering systems allowing to provide the general regular power supply, fire and physical security of an object and also automated management of the building, – Nikolay Grabovsky, the project manager from I-Teco company told. – As a result instead of three geographically distributed platforms the customer received the uniform office space equipped with the latest technology with own underground parking and the dining room for employees".

• Electrical systems which provide the guaranteed power supply, artificial lighting, monitoring of energy consumption.

• The fire protection including installation of water and gas fire extinguishing, the fire warning and fire-prevention automatic equipment and also means of the notification and management of evacuation of employees.

• Automation of the engineering equipment and creation of a management system for the building.

• The complex security organized by means of installation of security television and signaling, control and access control, automation of tracking of pass and traffic control and also recognition of numbers in the underground parking.

• The IT infrastructure built based on cable and local and computing networks, the solution for acceptance of a satellite and radio signal, the system of master clock system, production and technology and dispatching telephony audio-and video conferencings (for conference halls and meeting rooms).
