The company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project of complex automation of activity of the municipal enterprise "Krasnoyarsk passenger motor transportation enterprise No. 2" on the platform of solutions 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8, 1C: Accounting 8 and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", the press service of the company reported on July 15, 2013.
Requirements
Earlier used program ceased to cope with tasks of the enterprise. Many transactions had to be executed manually. On document creation left till two o'clock daily. There were difficulties of planning and control of expenditure of spare parts and fuel and lubricants. The salary was calculated slowly. It was required to strengthen control of the proceeds from sales of tickets which are handed over in cash desk and to optimize loading of vehicles taking into account a passenger traffic.
The management of the enterprise made the decision on creation of a new information system.
As the tool for automation selected a complex of software products: 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8, 1C: Accounting 8 and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". These products helped to create the unified information system, for divisions, taking into account industry specifics of the enterprise. The company "1C became the partner in implementation : The first BIT".
Job
The project is implemented within seven months. During this time:
- installation of programs is made and data exchange between them is configured,
- data transfer is executed of an old system,
- data loading on transport and social cards is implemented,
- reports on collecting of revenue, accomplishment of the plan, work of vehicles, drivers and conductors on routes, a consumption of fuel and lubricants and spare parts on the directions of transportations are configured.
- for increase in efficiency of work of ticket offices and dispatching service scanners of barcodes and also fiscal registrars are connected to a system.
Work of dispatching and repair services, department of logistics, warehouse of spare parts and fuel and lubricants, accounting, personnel department and payroll is as a result automated.
Tatyana Sotnikova, the chief accountant of MT "The Krasnoyarsk passenger motor transportation enterprise No. 2", noted: "The system created based on 1C:Enterprise 8 significantly simplified work of staff of divisions. It was succeeded to strengthen control of an expense of spare parts and fuel and lubricants that led to cost reduction. The working schedule of vehicles is optimized, outages of technology are excluded. We are happy with project deliverables and we plan further development of a system, in particular, automation of financial accounting and processes of budgeting".
Result
Control over costs of resources of the enterprise is strengthened, expenses on fuel and lubricants and spare parts on average are cut down for 5%. Process of formation of waybills and booking and accounting sheets was reduced from 2 to 30 o'clock minutes. Loading of vehicles taking into account a passenger traffic is optimized. Control of technical condition of vehicles and timely passing of TO is adjusted. It helped to reduce duration of outages of technology because of breakdowns and to ensure smooth operation of buses on city routes. Payroll to the employees taking into account different coefficients, planned targets, allowances and awards accelerated.
