The project of automation of a warehouse complex is implemented on the basis of professional adaptable solution - LEAD WMS. The total area of the logistic center is 20 thousand sq.m. For July 16, 2013 all relevant warehouse processes of one of warehouses of a complex are completely automated, are controlled and controlled the WMS system.

"Streamlining of processes at the expense of WMS allowed to increase capacity of a warehouse by 50%. Today we have a possibility of storage three times of bigger goods quantity on former squares and without attraction of additional human resources. It allowed to provide fully requirements of our retail network that would be impossible without application of LEAD WMS", - Denis Okulichev, the logistics director of Maxi company noted.

"During automation we considered the fact that the Maxi company dynamically develops and worked a possibility of operational adaptation, expansion of functionality of WMS under again arising business processes.
