Specialists of the First BIT completed an implementation project of the software of process automation of management accounting at the Corporate university JSC "Russian Railways" using the industry software solution "BIT .FINANS", the press service of integrator reported on July 16, 2013.
Objectives
Before in the company there was no single system of collecting and processing of managerial data. This, necessary for acceptance of management decisions, collected from different divisions manually. Then they were entered to spreadsheets. Process was labor-consuming and inefficient. There was no possibility of operational preparation of reports, objective assessment of data.
For the purpose of optimization of work of finance division the management of the university began a campaign for setting of management accounting. Project implementation was enabled by specialists of the First BIT.
Implementation
The contractor executed implementation of own program development "BIT .FINANS. Management accounting". Setup of reference books, the broadcasting mechanism is made for start of subsystems Treasury and Budgeting, report forms and standard functionality for automation of process of accounting of listeners and teachers are finished. All users were trained.
Result
As a result of installation and commissioning of a system, key tasks of management of financial flows of firm are solved. Effective budgeting systems and treasuries, a convenient system of accounting of agreements are created.
Processes are automated:
- preparation, formation and control of operating and consolidated budgets;
- accounting of listeners and teachers;
- approvals of agreements.
- managements of payments, including electronic document management regarding preparation and implementation of payments.
