Content

The SM-T company implemented an implementation project in work of the Belgorod airport of information terminals of the CMT Info kiosk series and the payment terminals of the CMT Smart Pay series working running the Windows Embedded POSReady 2009 operating system the press service of the company reported on July 16, 2013.

Background

It was accepted the management of the international airport "Belgorod" solutions to automate the following areas of work of the airport:

  • directory system
  • system of automatic payment by passengers of the procedure of packaging and luggage storage

Desirable effect of implementation of automation and perspective: devices of self-service should help not only as much as possible simplify registration process, but also lower load of the main racks behind which service agents of the organization of transportations will work. Devices of self-service should not only correspond to modern design of the new airport "Belgorod", but also reliably and smoothly to work with passengers.

Solution

The international airport "Belgorod" makes the decision for benefit of CM-T company. Basic reasons of equipment selection of CM-t: the wide range of the equipment, both already ready, and an opportunity to create individual "under the Customer".

The Quarta Technologies company became the partner in providing the Windows Embedded operating systems.

Result

The Belgorod airport received high-tech and reliable solutions in the field of automation of payment acceptance that allowed to reduce load of service staff and to exclude existence of queues in the airport.
