Electronic queues in kindergarten or school appeared already in many cities of Russia: in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Tomsk, Chelyabinsk, Tver. More and more Russian cities are included in electronic lists, and Kaluga did not become an exception.

For areas of the Kaluga region this innovation is implemented by Kaluga Astral Group within the Electronic School project.

"Replacement of traditional queues with paper documents on electronic is quite natural. Electronic queues do convenient and transparent process of acceptance of the child in kindergarten or school. In the list it will be visible how many still the person ahead whether they have privileges for receipt. Of course, the electronic queue will not be able to stretch kindergartens, but thanks to it, parents accurately see all picture: they will nearly be able "to feel" this queue and to be convinced that acceptance in gardens and schools is conducted fairly and without bribes or there are just not enough places, - the Electronic School project manager of Kaluga Astral Ltd Alexander Velichkin told, and emphasized: - Thanks to new service parents could receive the place in kindergarten or school for the child, and educational institutions - competently to systematize the work with statements within the current legislation on providing public services in electronic form".
