NPF Soyuz automates document flow of the enterprise

The Soyuz scientific and production firm implemented the solution of workflow automation of ELMA, the press service of developer reported on July 17, 2013.

Start

The company management made the decision on workflow automation system implementation. A choice was made for benefit of the automation system of business processes of ELMA.

Previously the problem of system implementation consisted in integration into program 1C. There was a need for improvement of accounting of documents and acceleration of processes of interaction of employees.

Reality

For July 17, 2013 the implementation project is complete, in process are implemented:

• corporate mail,
• standard templates of different production requests are created,
• agreements are brought to a system,
• the nomenclature and standard routes of documents is configured.
