The Far East trading company upgrades the accounting automation system

1C specialists: The first BIT completed the project on business process automation in the Far East trading company software implementation 1C: Accounting 8, the company integrator reported on July 17, 2013.

By the beginning

Earlier for conducting the regulated and operational accounting at the enterprise used several information systems on a basis "1C: Enterprise 7.7".

The majority of processes took away a lot of time. For example, sales agents had to print daily about 10 price lists (1 price list - 6-9 pages) and to manually write quantity of required goods. The sales representative requested information on receivables by mail. There was no detailing of data on outlet. The majority of closing statements were formed manually and by means of spreadsheets. With business development and emergence of new tasks there was a need for updating of program base.

Job

1C specialists acted as contractors of the project : The first BIT. They updated the 1C: Trade Management 8 configuration, installed the 1C: Accounting 8 program, a system for mobile trade.

Transferred all data from the previous bases, carried out express inspection and business process modeling, executed completions under needs of the client. Integration of management systems for trade and mobile trade is carried out. All users received detailed instructions.

13 jobs are automated.

Are put into function operation:

• customer relationship management, rules and sales processes;
• management of sales representatives, stocks, purchases, warehouse, finance, mobile trade;
• pricing;
• cash management;
• planning of money;
• accounting;
• control and analysis of target indicators of activity of the enterprise.
