The yacht tour operator of "Friends' Travel" completed the project of business process automation by implementation of the software product "1C: Travel agency" with the assistance of 1C:VDGB integrator, the press service reported on July 17, 2013.

Background

Growth of business and increase in the customer base caused need to automate work in the company. The management of "Friends' Travel" addressed specialists of "1C:VDGB" for the help in the choice of a modern information system which could facilitate conducting business processes and improve quality of customer interaction.

Before implementation of the software product in the company the tables Microsoft Excel created manually were used. During active work there was a need to autocomplete primary documents (permits, agreements, etc.), to create reports on requests, on settlement, to create managerial reports: structure of money, reports on financial results.

Experts of "1C:VDGB" recommended industry solution "to 1C: Travel agency". In addition to industry solution implemented the standard software product "1C: Accounting 8" directed to automation of accounting and tax statements, routine processes of accounting department.

Implementation took place quickly, without separation of employees of the customer from their primary activity. Work was carried out in the project mode and supervised by specialists of "1C:VDGB" throughout all process of integration of a system.
