Evraztelecom

• We have an interesting project, Evraztelecom for the sake of which to us VEB also entered. In general, under the charter VEB can enter only into the companies which are engaged in big infrastructure projects. And we started such project: constructed several thousands of kilometers of fiber optic communication lines in especially remote and hard-to-reach spots where to operators to build difficultly and expensively, and we sell them to the companies of communication. 70% of extent of these fiber-optic communication lines - Siberia and the Far East. This project was very interesting and demanded because before it nobody did. We the first integrated "the big three" in this project. And now it has a good trend for continuation and can become serious infrastructure business, including for development of regions. We do not build [the fiber-optic communication line in the direction] Moscow - St. Petersburg - though there too now deficit of capacity for traffic transmission; we after all build far in regions where it is absolutely unprofitable to build one. The idea is not new, simple, but to implement it - to agree with all three [operators] about same - it appeared very difficult: really the agreement was approved year! And when we at last made it (and the agreement turned out very difficult, with a set of parts), it very much was pleasant to "the big three", and now we prepared for them the new offer, already on bigger volume.
