Corporate mail of the Moscow jewelry plant goes to "cloud"

The company ActiveCloud by Softline announced on July 18, 2013 project completion on transfer to "clouds" of corporate mail Microsoft Exchange (SaaS), the website and servers Moscow jewelry plant.

The Moscow jewelry plant uses cloud computing as business tools since 2006, having begun with migration of local servers in "cloud". Then technical specialists of the plant made strategic decision on the beginning of work of c as new innovative solutions. The IT policy of the company such is that time and work of the employees are estimated higher than the cost of services of "cloud" provider.

"It is important for us that the IT service of the company was concentrated on tasks, specific to our business, but not at work with servers and the equipment. We give all conventional processes on outsourcing. Lease of "cloud" services and outsourcing of IT support allows to save time, money and to aim strength of our employees at the development of IT systems", - Bogdan Kalinovsky, the director of information technology of JSC Moscow Jewelry Plant noted.

Job

The ActiveCloud by Softline company helped to implement migration. Within the project technical specialists of MYuZ and ActiveCloud carried out migration of the first 75 mailboxes.

Based on testing of service within three months, the plant's management made the decision on transfer of all corporate mail to ActiveCloud "cloud". At the same time MYuZ received the excellent communication solution which allows to work with documents, tasks, to plan meetings, working with the corporate calendar. And integration into mobile devices gives the chance to employees all the time to stay in touch.

Plans and expectations

Within the 3rd quarter 2013 it is necessary to transfer to "cloud" of several hundred mail accounts and servers.
