Sanors builds IT infrastructure of high degree of readiness

The Borlas consulting group created IT infrastructure for a corporate information system of the SANORS petrochemical holding on a hardware platform of Oracle, the press service of integrator reported on July 23, 2013.

The platform - the integrated forces

As a part of a joint project team specialists of Borlas deployed the equipment and performed installation and commissioning. As a strategic hardware platform the Oracle SPARC servers, a scalable storage system of Sun ZFS Storage Appliance ensuring functioning of the SANORS systems in mode 24х7х365 are used.

For information storage the modular library StorageTek from Oracle is selected from archive.

Project Implementation

The equipment is deployed on two platforms deleted at distance of 4 km that guarantees operability of a system and preserving of data in case of an emergency situation on one of them. For control of servers in a distributed infrastructure the software solution Oracle Solaris Cluster which provides availability of databases and applications even at failure of separate components of IT infrastructure is used.
