Sensor Systems Ukraine automate operating activities

Specialists of 1C Company: The first BIT completed an implementation project of the "1C: Trade Management 8 for Ukraine" system in Sensor Systems Ukraine company, the company reported on July 23, 2013.

Preparation of the project

Earlier for accounting Sensor Systems Ukraine used spreadsheets and the self-written program, as a result:

• many transactions were executed manually
• there were difficulties by preparation of reports for the management
• impossible data acquisition on all managers seemed
• there was no uniform base of clients
• information on interaction with partners was stored separately

For the purpose of quality improvement of accounting and management the company management made the decision on creation of a new information system. As the software product the solution "1C: Trade Management 8 for Ukraine" is selected. The company "1C became the partner in implementation : The first BIT".

Project Progress

During the project 1C specialists: The first BIT installed and configured a system, provided user training.

Project Results

The enterprise received convenient schedule system of sales and purchases, storages of history of customer relations. There was an opportunity to control work of sales managers online. Control of settlement with partners became simpler.
