The largest NPP of Russia did not entrust accounting and salary to either SAP, or 1C

In July, 2013."the Rosenergoatom Concern signed the new agreement on rendering information and consulting services on operation on the Balakovo NPP of an automated system of accounting and tax accounting CE2Ora and system of conducting calculations for accounting of work and the salary of CE1Ora with the developer of these systems – the Belgorod company "Komek-92". The duration of the agreement is designated by the end of February, 2014.

The solutions "Komek-92" are used on nuclear power stations "Rosenergoatom Concern including on the Balakovo NPP, several years: so, according to the website "Komek-92", the CE1Ora system was implemented on this NPP in 2005.

In 2009 at the enterprises of Rosatom within the program of transformation of IT of state corporation for 2009-2015 large-scale SAP implementation as the main ERP platform began. Earlier in Rosatom told TAdviser that SAP is used at its enterprises with turnover higher than 3 billion rubles, and at the enterprises below this amount 1C is implemented.

In "Rosenergoatom Concern and on the Balakovo NPP in particular SAP implementation began even before start of the program – in 2007. According to the CEO "Rosenergoatom Concernof Evgeny Romanov, published in his own blog, at SAP implementation of ERP on the Balakovo NPP integration of an accounting system of CE2Ora and financial modules of SAP was executed. In the concern, according to him, the decision to use for accounting of SAP was made.

In March, 2012 Rosatom announced the beginning of implementation on the Balakovo NPP and three more nuclear power stations of a personnel management system of SAP HCM. The functionality of the last covers, including, accounting of organic time and payroll of employees, however on the Balakovo NPP, judging by the prisoner with "Komek-92" in July, 2013 to the contract, as a result left it behind the CE1Ora system.

It should be noted that the service provision agreement on operation of CE2Ora and CE1Ora for up to the end of 2013 in the same month was concluded also by directorate of the New Voronezh AES-2 under construction. The contract also includes services in setup of help and information base of federal social surcharge according to the version for 2013 and bases for automation of formation of data on the movement of non-current assets within the "Centralized Accounting of Fixed Assets" project of Rosatom.
