The center of Implementation Leaked completed system implementation of demand forecasting, optimization of production and supply

The center of implementation "Leaked" works from 20,000 clients and performs deliveries of goods to 50,000 consignees on all territories of the Russian Federation. The total area of warehousing capacit exceeds 160 thousand sq.m. The main goal of the project consisted in increase in business performance of the company due to acceleration of turnover of trade inventories and improvement of services for suppliers and clients. It managed to achieve due to achievement of the maximum forecast accuracy of sales, maintenance of optimum level of warehouse stocks, synchronization of purchase plans, sales and transportations.

JDA Software Group, Inc. announced on July 24, 2013: in plans "TsV Leaked" integration of solutions JDA Demand, JDA Fulfillment and JDA Production and Sourcing Optimization for demand forecasting, optimization of production and supply. The project is implemented by the company "TsV Leaked" with the assistance of system integrator "CROC".

Prerequisites of the Project

The TsV Leaked company planned implementation of the improved strategy of forecasting and execution of operations throughout a supply chain.

Project Progress

Implementing solution consisted of several stages. On the first the pilot project which showed a possibility of successful solving of tasks of the customer was carried out. At the second stage business processes were inspected "Leaked", the architecture of future solution is designed. The third stage – directly the implementing solution with integration of products executed by CROC company. In total about 30 people from CROC took part in the project, JDA and TsV "Leaked", including technical specialists, consultants and managers.

Project Results

The project of similar scale is implemented in this segment for the first time in Russia. As a result of implementation of the complete solution by CROC company based on the products JDA TsV "Leaked" will be able to reduce costs at all stages of supply chain management - from demand forecasting on goods to scheduling of purchases and movement of products.

In a uniform information field all specialists, responsible for planning process, TsV "Leaked" (from managers of internal transfers to heads of sales markets) estimate admissible volumes and efficiency of purchases, predict demand taking into account product clusters, consider external factors, whether it be marketing actions, or market trends, in advance calculate volumes of the next transportations, reducing the number of urgent deliveries and transportation costs. It allows to build the supply chain based on real demand of clients of the company and to increase turnover of warehouse stocks.

On May 25, 2015 company JDA Software Group, Inc. and the Center of implementation "LEAKED" announced implementation of the software package JDA Demand.

The solution package from JDA was started relatively recently, but the company, according to Victor Gorbunov, already saw the first results and advantages of implementation of a software package:

• cost reduction on all supply chain
• acceleration of turnover of trade inventories
• more exact, focused on demand forecasts
• the dynamic planning of a safety stock leading to decrease in investments into a stock

• the decrease in the lost sales caused by insufficient quantity of stocks.
