PM.exchange

PM.exchange is the software package expanding functionality of project management systems taking into account requirements of the Russian market.

PMSOFT group announced on July 23, 2013 release of new, 6th release of the software package PM.exchange. The new release is intended for the organization of processes of collecting of actual data for accomplishment of project works.

The software package PM.exchange 6 helps:

• build processes of formation of week and daily allowance a dress tasks, including setup of a form of representation a dress tasks according to requirements of the specific organization;
• organize collecting of actual data (fact) from the different contractors who are working at territorially remote platforms and not having direct access to project schedules;
• to quickly approve the actual data entered by contractors, to conduct the history of representations of the tasks filled with actual data;
• automate the procedure of updating of works schedules and analyze execution of monthly and week and daily tasks on volumes.

PM.exchange is addition to the system of scheduling and network planning on the software platform Oracle Primavera P6 and allows to reduce labor costs by updating of project schedules and to build work within uniform rules and regulations with all project participants including who are on the remote platform.
