The system integrator the LanKey company carried out migration of the Exchange Server 2010 mail server and constructed a failover cluster on the basis of Exchange Server 2010 for NPO of INKAKHRAN (JSC), the press service of the company reported on July 24, 2013.
Start of Project
At the end of 2012 Non-bank credit organization of "INKAHRAN" addressed to LanKey company with a task about carrying out upgrade of the existing IT infrastructure.
There was a need of migration of the Exchange Server mail server 2010 of the old wood of the Active Directory in new. Besides, in connection with increased requirements to reliability of service of e-mail it was required to provide its maximum fault tolerance.
Execution of the project
The LanKey company booked audit of the existing IT infrastructure, developed the plan of migration and developed a cluster from two nodes of e-mail on the basis of Exchange Server in the new forest, carried out migration of 500 mailboxes from the old wood.
Between servers of mailboxes mutual replication of mail bases is configured, between servers of client access balancing of loading is configured. The company contractor undertook obligations for further maintenance and service of a mail service.
As a result, the NPO of "INKAHRAN" uses the failsafe mail service of Microsoft Exchange corresponding to tasks and requirements of activity of NPO of "INKAHRAN".
