Kazanzernoprodukt completes an implementation project of a management system for obligations

At the beginning of July the InCoSol company began the project on developments and deployments of the Management system for obligations in JSC Kazanzernoprodukt, the press service of developer reported on July 24, 2013.
Project Background
The enterprise has a strategic importance for the region, supplying with the products bakeries and agricultural enterprises. To provide reliability and uninterrupted operation of work, not only the debugged production chain, but modern approach to management of finance and operating activities is necessary. These conclusions became a basis for address by leaders of JSC Kazanzernoprodukt to experts of InCoSol investment consulting group.
Project Progress
The analysis of a situation in the enterprise showed that for solving of tasks it is necessary to implement the Management system for obligations which provides the whole complex of changes in structure of management, business process automation.
The project was separated into three stages.
The first – "Development of regulations", is complete. The documents submitted to the management of JSC Kazanzernoprodukt according to the results of a stage describe a chain of actions for approval of agreements, management of means of payment and management of obligations (process of performance of agreements).
"Following to these regulations allows to get rid of chaoticity of business processes, to avoid unforeseen penalties and problems with receivables and also to organize really working reconciliation procedures of strategically important agreements and solutions, - Daniil Polotnov, the project manager noted. – Our project shifts focus of management to the level of specific contractors, and, above all - any action becomes audited".
Implementation of regulations without automation seemed to partners senseless and would involve many finance and time costs.
Therefore, "Modeling and setup of an automated system" will become the second stage of the project.
As a system the program " is selected by InCoSol: Management system for obligations". It should be configured taking into account requirements and specifics of work of JSC Kazanzernoprodukt.
The third, final stage - "Implementation of an automated system", training of employees in work with the program, its test and production operation.
Expectations and plans
It is going to complete the project by the end of summer.
End of the Project
On November 7, 2013 the InCoSol Group company announced approach of a completion stage of the project on development and deployment of a management system for obligations in Kazanzernoprodukt company.
Implement the project it appeared not easy. Consultants of the contractor carried out huge work on setup of a System according to requirements and features of work of JSC Kazanzernoprodukt. As a result created the new industry release ground under needs of the grain processing enterprises.
