"BBDO" updates the software of accounting and the reporting

The company 1C: The first BIT implemented the project of remote update of the software - a system "1C:Enterprise 8 Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine" and "BITS.IFRS" in the company "BBDO", the press service of integrator reported on July 24, 2013.

Start of Project

Earlier accounting services of the enterprise used the 1C: Accounting 7.7 program in work. The salary was calculated manually. There was no possibility of operational report generation, control of execution of tasks, project planning.

The management company set the tasks:

• transfer the system of management of firm to more modern software product;
• implement the mechanism for preparation and submission of reports according to international standards.

1C specialists acted as contractors of the project : The first BIT:

• audit of business processes is booked and it is offered the program of their optimization.
• systems are far off installed on the Customer's server: "1C:Enterprise 8 Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine" and Bits.IFRS
• setup of parameters is made: operational data exchange is provided, access rights are differentiated.
