Voice geolocation in Promsvyazbank

A system, in the pilot version, allows clients of Promsvyazbank, in the mode of dialog with a system by voice, to request search of an object (with the choice of the interesting object - the ATM or bank department), having specified the locations with a binding to the nearest metro station, or the street and house number near which it is.

Having determined by cartographic service of coordinate, a system looks for in base and issues information on three next available objects with the additional information on them (the working schedule, additional services (for example: "ATM with function of acceptance of cash"). At the request of the client a system will dictate a walking or automobile route.

A system is developed on speech engines of Nuance company (Nuance Recognizer 10 and Nuance Vocalizer 6).

Has the interface of integration with cartographic service, a control interface and settings.

The project is brought into test operation in IVR of Promsvyazbank at the beginning of summer of 2013.

Since the end of December, 2013 the project is brought into technical operation with search of ATMs and departments of banks in the territory of all Russian Federation.

At the moment the project works in regular operation.
